Tone is a carefully crafted 30m workout that utilizes lighter weights, resistance bands, or body weight, and is designed to strengthen and tone through small movements and high reps. Trainers will coach you through a series of rounds focusing on smaller, targeted muscle groups that will leave you feeling both challenged and empowered. Tone is available in upper, lower, and full body, in addition to a 10m core Tone that focuses on abdominals and obliques.
