Form and function over everything. With our 30 minute BUILD class, that’s exactly what you’ll get. Our trainers will walk you through two rounds utilizing heavier weights or kettlebells with the goal of building muscle mass through repetition.
Channel your inner athlete with BURN.. Our 30 minute HIIT style class designed to increase your heart rate through cardio and strength based movement. Our trainers will challenge you with high intensity, non-stop action as they encourage and motivate you to grow stronger and more confident.
TONE is a carefully crafted 30 minute workout that utilizes lighter weights, resistance bands, or body weight, and is designed to strengthen and tone through small movements and high reps.
CORE is a 10 minute nonstop circuit focused on your upper abdominals, lower abdominals, and obliques. This class is a perfect addition to any of our other offerings, and acts as an excellent way to strengthen your core through targeted movement.
